This is actually not a network file, but lists nodes sorted by the hubness, i.e., the number of children. Threfore, this is a write only format and you cannot read this as a network.

Output Arguments

sort= ( outdegree | off ): Sort key. (default: outdegree)
header= ( on | off ): Whether or not to output the header row. (default: on)
